Upper:
The Cielo X1 2.0 now features a single layer engineered jacquard mesh upper for a lightweight and breathable fit. We've also incorporated a wrap knit tongue and streamlined collar construction adding comfort and ensures secure foot lockdown.

Midsole:
This supershoe sandwhiches an updated winged carbon fibre plate in between two layers of PEBA foam giving it an ultra-responsive cushioning and snappy ride. It also features a Super Critical Foam (SCF) Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer (TPEE) sockliner providing the cushioning and breathability you need for those long runs.


Based on feedback from our HOKA athletes, we have fine-tuned the Cielo X1 2.0 for boundary-breaking speed. A key highlight for the Cielo X1 2.0 is its reworked geometry. The dynamic cutout placements have been updated from the lateral to the medial side offering smoother heel to toe transition and more stability on foot strike.

Outsole:
The Cielo X1 2.0 incorporates sticky rubber on high wear zones for improved traction.

Stack Height:
For a UK size 9.5 (US Unisex M10/W11) it's 48mm in the heel and 41 mm in the forefoot, which, when scaled down to a UK size 8 (US Unisex 8.5/W9.5), meets the World Athletics regulations and is approved for competition.


The Cielo X1 2.0 has a 7mm heel-to-toe drop.
